LandBridge Prices $500 Million of 6.25% Senior Notes Due 2030

05:27 PM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LandBridge ( LB ) subsidiary DBR Land Holdings priced $500 million of 6.25% senior notes due 2030 at par

Proceeds from the offering, together with new credit borrowings, will be used to repay and terminate an existing credit facility, LandBridge ( LB ) said Wednesday in a statement.

The offering is expected to close Tuesday.

LandBridge ( LB ) shares rose 3.7% in after-hours trading.
