12:37 PM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Laramide Resources ( LMRXF ) launched a non-brokered private placement to raise C$5 million with a strategic investor, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

The offering will consist of 8.4-million common shares at C$0.60 apiece.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate needs, the uranium development and exploration company said.

Shares of the company were last seen up 3.5% at C$0.59 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
