Lennar Chief Operating Officer Fred Rothman to Retire

04:34 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lennar ( LEN ) said late Monday that Chief Operating Officer Fred Rothman will retire, effective Sept. 2.

The homebuilder said it doesn't plan to replace Rothman.

The company appointed Katherine Lee Martin as chief legal officer, following the retirement of General Counsel Mark Sustana, also effective Sept. 2.
