Lennar Completes Purchase of Rausch Coleman Homes

05:42 PM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lennar ( LEN ) said late Monday it has completed the acquisition of Rausch Coleman Homes.

Lennar ( LEN ) said it acquired the builder's homebuilding operations, while its unit Millrose Properties ( MRP ) acquired the land assets, with Lennar ( LEN ) retaining options on the land.

The move expands Lennar's ( LEN ) reach into new markets in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Kansas, it added.

Financial details were not disclosed.
