Liberty Defense Holdings Down Near 20% as Prices Offering

10:39 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Defense Holdings ( LDDFF ) was at last look on Friday down nearly 20% after pricing its prior announced overnight marketed offering of three million units at $1.65 each to raise $5 million. The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant can buy one common share at $2.05 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the Offering.

Proceeds will be used for business development and marketing expansion. The Offering is expected to close by March 20.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.39, to $1.58, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
