Liberty Latin America's Cable & Wireless Prices $755 Million Debt Issue

03:22 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Latin America ( LILA ) said late Monday its Cable & Wireless credit silo has priced $755 million worth of 9% senior notes due 2033.

Net proceeds will be used to redeem Cable & Wireless' $735 million senior notes due 2027, the company said.

The issuance is expected to close on Tuesday.
