Lifeist Wellness Names Andrea Judge As CEO of Mikra Cellular Sciences

09:18 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lifeist Wellness ( LFSWF ) , a health-tech company trading near 52 week lows, on Wednesday named Andrea Judge as vice president of operations at Lifeist and chief executive officer of Mikra Cellular Sciences, effective immediatly.

Judge, who has experience in sales, marketing, and executive management, began her professional career in marketing at Red Bull.

The company's shares edged up in Canada yesterday, but remain at the low end of the 52 week trading range.

LFST's portfolio business units include: Mikra, a biosciences and consumer wellness company developing and selling innovative products for cellular health; and CannMart, which operates a B2B wholesale distribution business facilitating recreational cannabis sales to Canadian provincial government control boards including for CannMart Labs, a BHO extraction facility producing high margin cannabis 2.0 products.
