Lifetime Brands' Shares up After Distribution Deal With Leerdam Crisal Glass

09:05 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lifetime Brands ( LCUT ) shares were up more than 2% in recent premarket activity Friday after the company said its Mikasa Hospitality division has signed an agreement to distribute and market the Royal Leerdam and Onis brands, owned by Leerdam Crisal Glass.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lifetime said the news brands, which are expected to begin shipping this year, will grow the company's share of the commercial food services market.
