LightInTheBox to Change ADS Ratio

09:20 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LightInTheBox ( LITB ) said Tuesday it intends to change the ratio of its American depositary shares to its ordinary shares to one ADS representing 12 shares, effective around Sept. 5.

The current ratio is one ADS representing two ordinary shares, the company said.

The ratio change will be equivalent to a one-for-six reverse ADS split, LightInTheBox ( LITB ) said.
