07:55 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lindblad Expeditions Holdings ( LIND ) said Tuesday that Natalya Leahy will succeed Sven-Olof Lindblad as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1.

The company also said Rick Goldberg will succeed L. Dyson Dryden as chief financial officer, effective Dec. 31.

Before the appointment, Leahy was president of Seabourn, while Goldberg was CFO of Founders Table Restaurant Group.

The company said Lindblad will continue to serve as co-chair of the board.
