Linde Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise, Full-Year EPS Outlook Revised

06:05 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Linde ( LIN ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $4.09 per diluted share, up from $3.85 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.03.

Sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $8.5 billion, up from $8.27 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $8.36 billion.

For 2025, Linde ( LIN ) now projects adjusted EPS between $16.30 and $16.50, compared with a prior guidance range of $16.20 to $16.50. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $16.41.

For Q3, the company projects adjusted EPS at $4.10 to $4.20. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $4.20.

Linde ( LIN ) shares were up 1.1% in recent premarket activity.
