Lineage Q1 Adjusted FFO Increase, Revenue Falls; 2025 AFFO Guidance Maintained

06:24 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lineage (LINE) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations Wednesday of $0.86 per diluted share, up from $0.81 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.83.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.29 billion, down from $1.33 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.34 billion.

For 2025, the company continues to expect AFFO of $3.40 to $3.60 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.49.

Lineage shares were down 2.5% in recent premarket activity.
