Lipella Pharmaceuticals Launching 1-for-8 Reverse Stock Split

05:00 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lipella Pharmaceuticals ( LIPO ) said late Friday it plans to launch a 1-for-8 reverse stock split of its common shares.

The shares will start trading on a split-adjusted basis next Friday, the company said.

The split was designed to bring Lipella into compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule, the company said.
