Liquidity Services Acquires Auction Software/Simple Auction Site

08:12 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liquidity Services ( LQDT ) said Monday it has acquired Auction Software/Simple Auction Site, to form the core of the newly launched Liquidity Services Software Solutions, a software-as-a-service arm.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Liquidity Services ( LQDT ) said it does not expect the acquisition to impact its overall financial results.

Simple Auction Site provides auction platform services in the sports collectibles and fine wine sectors.

Liquidity Services ( LQDT ) said it will retain Auction Software/Simple Auction Site's employees.
