06:00 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithia & Driveway (LAD) said Tuesday it bought Stivers Decatur Subaru in the Atlanta market, a move that improves its Southeast network, strengthens its import mix, and is expected to add about $100 million in annualized revenue.

The deal was funded with existing balance-sheet capacity and increased year-to-date annualized US revenue to $720 million, the company said.
