08:39 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithia Motors ( LAD ) said Wednesday that it plans to offer $500 million of senior notes due 2030 via a private offering.

The automotive retailer said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay some of its outstanding borrowings under its revolving lines of credit, and for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and working capital.
