05:03 PM EST, 12/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Live Oak Bancshares ( LOB ) said Monday Ewa Stasiowska has been named chief risk officer.

Stasiowska is also assuming the chief risk officer role at Live Oak Bank, the company said.

Greg Seward, who assumed the additional role of chief risk officer in 2022, will remain general counsel, the company said.

Stasiowska was previously senior managing director at Webster Bank, Live Oak said.
