Financial terms were not disclosed.

The companies will also collaborate to meet the demands of LiveOne's ( LVO ) B2B clients, LiveOne ( LVO ) said.

Chief Executive and Chairman Rob Ellin said the new collaborations will include voice search, social listening, and shared podcast listening.
