LKQ's Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Lowers 2024 Adjusted EPS Outlook

06:56 AM EDT, 10/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LKQ (LKQ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.88 per diluted share, up from $0.86 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $3.58 billion, up from $3.57 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.65 billion.

For 2024, the automotive parts supplier lowered its adjusted EPS guidance to be in the range of $3.38 to $3.52 from $3.50 to $3.70 previously. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.53.

The company also maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, payable Nov. 27 to shareholders of record on Nov. 14.

LKQ shares were down more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
