04:07 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Loar Holdings ( LOAR ) said late Wednesday a secondary underwritten public offering of 9 million shares of its common stock by certain shareholders has been priced at $83.41 per share.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.4 million additional shares.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering, which is expected to close on Friday.
