05:15 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) said Wednesday it increased its quarterly dividend by $0.15 to $3.30 a share, payable on Dec. 27 to shareholders of record on Dec. 2.

The company's board also approved purchase of up to an additional $3 billion of shares under its share repurchase program, according to Lockheed Martin ( LMT ).

Total authorization for share repurchases is now about $10 billion, the company added.
