04:39 PM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logitech International ( LOGI ) said Tuesday that its board approved the nomination of Guy Gecht as chairperson.

Gecht is a member of Logitech's ( LOGI ) board since 2019 and served as interim CEO from June to December 2023, according to the company.

Logitech ( LOGI ) said it will ask shareholders to elect Gecht at the annual general meeting in September.
