05:14 PM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lucid Group ( LCID ) said late Tuesday it appointed Taoufiq Boussaid as chief financial officer, likely effective Feb. 25.

Boussaid previously served as group CFO of Belgium-listed industrial steel and coatings technology company N.V. Bekaert.

Lucid said it will promote interim CFO Gagan Dhingra to senior vice president of finance and accounting. Dhingra will also continue as chief accounting officer.
