06:01 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Luna Innovations ( LUNA ) said Monday it received a delinquency notice from Nasdaq for its noncompliance with listing rules after it failed to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.

The company said the notice also serves as a reminder that it also remains delinquent in filing its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 and Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023.

As a result of the additional delinquency, the company said it is now required to submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance by Sept. 4.

For its earlier delinquencies, the company was previously given until Sept. 11 to regain compliance.

The company said it "working diligently" to complete its the filings.
