05:58 PM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Luna Innovations ( LUNA ) said late Wednesday that William L. Phelan was appointed as its chief financial officer and chief accounting officer with immediate effect.

Phelan succeeds John Roiko, who, the company said, will move to a consulting role to support the "ongoing restatement process."

Before joining Luna, Phelan was the chief accounting officer at MiMedx Group.
