09:50 AM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Macerich ( MAC ) said Thursday that it has acquired the remaining 40% of both Arrowhead Towne Center near Phoenix, Arizona and South Plains Mall in Lubbock, Texas for $36.5 million plus debt.

The deal, which closed Tuesday, gives Macerich ( MAC ) full ownership of both properties.
