04:18 AM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MAG Silver ( MAG ) said late Thursday its shareholders approved the proposed acquisition of the company by Pan American Silver ( PAAS ) at a special meeting.

MAG Silver ( MAG ) shareholders will receive either $20.54 in cash per share or 0.755 Pan American Silver ( PAAS ) share plus $0.0001 in cash, subject to proration, such that the total consideration comprises $500 million in cash and the balance in Pan American shares.
