07:16 AM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Magellan Aerospace ( MALJF ) overnight Thursday reported first-quarter earnings of $6.3 million, or $0.11 per share, up from $3.9 million, or $0.07 per share, a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $235.2 million, up $223.4 million a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA for Q1 was $21.7 million, up from $18.6 million a year earlier.

During the first quarter, the company declared and paid a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per common share for a total payout of $1.4 million.

Following the close of the quarter, the company's board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 14.
