08:33 AM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Magic Software Enterprises ( MGIC ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.25 per diluted share, compared with $0.23 a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $0.29.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $161.7 million, compared with $143 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $154.8 million.

The company said it raised its 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $610 million to $620 million, from previous guidance of $600 million to $610 million. One analyst surveyed by FactSet expects $605.1 million.

Shares of Magic Software Enterprises ( MGIC ) were down 3% pre-bell.
