07:24 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Magna International ( MGA ) said Thursday it has appointed Philip Fracassa as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Fracassa joins the company from Timken (TKR), where he was the finance chief, Magna added.

He will succeed Patrick McCann, who will step down and remain with Magna in an advisory role through February to ensure a smooth transition, the company said.
