03:59 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Magnite ( MGNI ) and Charter Communications ( CHTR ) unit Spectrum Reach have expanded their partnership to improve programmatic ad-buying across Spectrum Reach's premium TV and streaming inventory, the companies said Tuesday.

With the agreement, Spectrum Reach will enhance its use of Magnite's ( MGNI ) technology to deliver targeted, programmatic ads to viewers of the Spectrum TV App.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
