MakeMyTrip Agrees to Acquire CRED's Happay Expense Management Business

06:41 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MakeMyTrip ( MMYT ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire CRED's Happay Expense Management Platform.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, the Happay brand, platform, and employees will move to MakeMyTrip ( MMYT ). The transaction is expected to close within 90 days, the company said.

The company said the acquisition reinforces its commitment to becoming a "go-to platform for comprehensive corporate travel."
