Marcus & Millichap Unit Brokers Sale of California Apartment Complex

04:22 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marcus & Millichap's ( MMI ) Institutional Property Advisors said late Tuesday it brokered a $100 million sale of Cypress Point, a 268-unit apartment complex in Ventura, California.

The deal value equates to $373,134 per unit, the company said.
