Marex Closes Aarna Capital Acquisition

04:32 PM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Marex Group ( MRX ) said Wednesday it closed the acquisition of Aarna Capital to expand in the Middle East and grow its clearing business.

The company said Aarna Capital's clearing and risk management solutions in energy and financial markets will help diversify its client base and operations.
