05:30 PM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Marex Group ( MRX ) said late Monday that certain shareholders of the company launched a public offering of 7 million Marex ( MRX ) shares.

Underwriters of the offering, including Barclays and Goldman Sachs, have a 30-day option to acquire up to 1.05 million additional shares, the company said.

Marex ( MRX ) shares were down about 3.3% in after-hours activity.
