06:33 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UBS Group ( UBS ) is in advanced discussions with India-based 360 One WAM over a potential deal that could give UBS access to the Indian wealth market, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing sources.

Sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg that the potential transaction could be a share swap, joint venture, or a partnership between the companies. Sources also noted that talks are still ongoing and there is no guarantee a transaction will materialize, according to the report.

UBS and 360 One did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
