07:57 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) has offered to acquire Papa John's International (PZZA) in a take-private deal for $64 a share, Reuters reported Wednesday.

The acquisition offer is ongoing with no deal sealed, Reuters reported, citing sources familiar with matter who requested anonymity. StreetInsider first reported the offer Monday.

Apollo and Papa John's did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares of Papa John's were up 12% in recent premarket activity.
