05:55 PM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) may release its upgraded Siri voice assistant in spring 2026 as part of an iOS 26.4 software update, Bloomberg reported late Thursday, citing people familiar with the company's internal timeline.

The company's ".4" updates, known internally as "E" releases, typically are released in March, the report said.

Apple ( AAPL ) said it hasn't announced exact timing for the new Siri features and reiterated earlier statements that the upgrades are set for the "coming year," according to the Bloomberg report.
