Effective at the opening of trading on Thursday, June 27, Sucro's ( SUGCF ) subordinate voting shares will start trading on the TSXV under the new trading symbol SUGR and on the OTCQB under the new trading symbol SUGRF.

There are no changes to the ISIN and CUSIP numbers associated with the shares.
