03:18 PM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) is preparing to launch updated MacBook Air models with M4 chips in early 2025 following a series of new Mac releases coming next week, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.

The new laptop models will reportedly retain the current design introduced in 2022, according to the report.

The release of these new devices is reportedly expected after a December software update, meaning they will likely be available between January and March.

Alongside the new MacBook Air laptops, Apple ( AAPL ) is planning to release several other products in the spring of 2025, including a new iPhone SE, updated iPad Air models, improved iPad keyboards and the 11th-generation entry-level iPads, according to the report.
