04:01 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apple's ( AAPL ) top robotics AI researcher, Jian Zhang, left the company to join Meta Platforms' ( META ) Robotics Studio, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing the social media company.

Three more members of Apple's ( AAPL ) large language models team with two joining OpenAI and one going to Anthropic, the report said, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Apple AI staff departures may continue amid worsening morale and concerns about the company's AI strategy, the report said.

Apple ( AAPL ) and Meta did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.

Apple ( AAPL ) shares fell 1.1% in late Tuesday trading, and Meta declined 0.5%.
