08:12 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock's ( BLK ) iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF ( IBIT ) saw a net outflow of $333 million on Thursday, a record since its launch, Bloomberg News reported Friday.

The ETF also saw a third consecutive day of outflows, its longest losing streak, according to Bloomberg data.

The BlackRock ETF, launched in January last year, is the largest spot bitcoin fund, with almost $37 billion in inflows and over $53 billion in assets, Bloomberg reported.

BlackRock ( BLK ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
