10:55 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bunge Global's ( BG ) $8.2 billion takeover of Glencore-backed Viterra has been held back by trade tensions between the US and China, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.

Bunge Global ( BG ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
