08:13 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canada will declare 29.8 billion Canadian dollars ($20.68 billion) in retaliatory tariffs on the US later Wednesday as a response to the Trump administration's steel and aluminum tariffs, Reuters reported, citing an unnamed Canadian official.

The press office of the Canadian government's international affairs division did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
