09:54 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capri Holdings' ( CPRI ) Versace brand has drawn interest from Prada, which is reviewing Versace after getting access to its latest financial and sales figures, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Prada is working with advisers to evaluate a possible bid, the people reportedly said.

There's no assurance that the review would lead to a formal offer, the report said, citing the people.

Capri and Prada didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
