12:29 PM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) is considering the sale of its Finnish telecom tower and data center company, Digita Oy, for up to 1 billion euros ($1.2 billion), Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The US-based company has hired advisers to explore interest from potential buyers, the media outlet reported.

Talks are reportedly still in the early stages, and there is a chance DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) may choose to hold onto the company for now, the report said.

DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
