02:14 PM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge Group ( DBRG/PJ ) is in talks to raise up to $1 billion through a stake sale in the Asia Pacific business of Vantage Data Centers, Bloomberg said Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The potential transaction, valued at $500 million to $1 billion, has spurred interest from infrastructure and pension funds, Bloomberg said.

Deliberations are underway with no guarantee that a deal will occur, the report said.

DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
