01:32 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Huntington Bancshares ( HBAN ) agreed to acquire select divisions of KKR (KKR)-owned Janney Montgomery Scott, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The deal includes Janney's mergers and acquisitions advisory division, its public-finance group, and its fixed-income sales and trading operations, the report said

Financial details weren't known, the report said.

Huntington, KKR and Janney Montgomery Scott did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
