09:28 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Waton Financial ( WTF ) said Wednesday its unit Waton Securities International is collaborating with Pandaai Quantum Global and X-Tech to create a research lab focused on artificial intelligence trading agents capable of analyzing data and executing transactions.

Financial terms of the partnership were not provided.

The project will combine Waton Securities' financial market knowledge with artificial intelligence research from Panda AI and X-Tech, the company said.

The company said the research group will work on tools capable of analyzing market data and making trading decisions in real time.

The work is expected to support development of its financial technology products, including its TraderWTF platform, Waton said.
