09:12 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intel ( INTC ) has promised investors it would lean more heavily into a new production process called 18A to help it churn out advanced chips, but that process is facing significant challenges with respect to quality, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing two people briefed on the matter.
